Q: When I log in, why are the boxes on the Org Chart and/or Processes grayed out?
A: Boxes on the Org Chart and Processes are grayed out when a User does not have access to them. Contact your Account Administrator if you need access to these positions or processes.
Q: When I log in, why is there an error message says that my account has been disabled?
A: Accounts are disabled because of lack of payment or by request. If you did not request your account to be disabled, please contact support.
Q: I tried to recover my password, why haven’t I been sent an email?
A: Check your Spam Filter. If the recovery email is not in the Spam Filter, contact support or ask your Account Administrator.
