Introduction: Learn how to add Tasks and Expectations to a Work Plan.

Once you have created a new Work Plan Title and Objective, create your first task. Work plans have tasks, which are steps in the process, and expectations, which are quantitative or qualitative elements about the process.


Step 1: Add tasks by selecting [Add Task] and add expectations by selecting [Add Expectation]. A box will appear and the task or the expectation can be written in directly and edited using the tool bar at the top of the box.

Step 2: The tool bar items include, respectively: cut, copy, paste, bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, undo, redo, font size (8pt-36pt), font family, text color, background color, horizontal ruler, unordered list, ordered list, outdent, indent, hyperlink, remove hyperlink, spell check, find, find/replace, and insert image. You can run your cursor over each button for the title of that button.

Step 3: Select “Save” when you are finished adding content. And repeat these steps for the next Task or Expectations.
