Introduction: Learn how to edit a process tool that already exists.

To edit items in process tools:

1. In Work Plans, Check Lists, Scripts, Documents, Policy Notes, and Custom Forms:

Step 1: Click the item you wish to edit and the edit box will appear.

Step 2: Type text into the edit box and click “Save”.

2. In Uploaded Files:

In uploaded files, select the edit pencil to replace the existing file with a new file

3. In videos and audio:

Select the arrow icon to replace an existing video or audio file with a new file.
