Introduction: Learn how to edit a process tool that already exists.

There are two options to edit items in process tools:

1. In Work Plans, Check Lists, Scripts, and Forms:

Step 1: Click the item you wish to edit and the edit box will appear.

Step 2: Type text into the edit box and click “Save”.

2. In Uploaded Files, Policy Notes, Video, and Audio:

Edit mode, the Pencil icon, is for creating and editing a process tool, a sub-system. Select the pencil icon to switch to [Edit] mode.

The “Eye” icon, is the standard look in all the tools. This is how all tools will appear when selected. In this mode, the tools have a more polished look and feel.
